FEMICIDE IN ORDU
In Korgan district of Ordu, a city located in the Blacksea Region of Turkey, İbrahin Pişkin run over the woman in the divorce process, Selime Pişkin, with the cab he was driving, in front of her children. İbrahim Pişkin got out of the car, then, and start kicking Selime Pişkin. The severely injured woman died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
NESLIHAN BATU KILLED BY HER BOYFRIEND
It is revealed that Neslihan Batur, who was reported missing last week, was murdered by her boyfriend Habib Başar. Başar, who killed 46 years old Neslihan Batur, the mother of four, confessed the murder in a television program investigating crimes. Başar was taken into custody by the police who came into the studio.
FEMICIDE IN HATAY
In Payas district of Hatay, a city located in the Mediterranean Region of Turkey, Sanem Kafalı was murdered by the man she was married to, Harun Kafalı. After he confessed to the murder, police went to the house and found the woman’s dead body. Harun Kafalı was arrested by the court.
NURDAN BUDAK KILLED BY THE EX-HUSBAND
In the Nilüfer district of Bursa, a city located in the Marmara Region of Turkey, Nurdan Budak was murdered by her ex-husband Kemal Bulut. It was detected that the woman reported missing 9 days ago was killed in the forest area. After being taken into custody, Kemal Bulut confessed to the murder.
BAŞAK CENGİZ WAS KILLED WHILE WALKING ON THE STREET
On November 10, in İstanbul, a man named Göktuğ Boz attacked Başak Cengiz, with a samurai sword, while she was walking on the street. The severely injured woman died at the hospital. In his statement, perpetrator Can Göktuğ Boz said that he had planned to kill somebody before living home and that he had decided to kill a woman in case a man might stand up to him.
